After Hurricane
Hurricanes are an extremely stressful time for everyone. After a hurricane, we all need someone we can trust to help us determine if there is property damage. We provide free roof inspections so you can see for yourself if there is damage. If there are repairs needed we provide you with a free no-obligation proposal to repair your roof.
We won’t try to sell you a new roof just because you have some broken tiles and unsecured ridge caps. and we won’t try to sell you a new roof just because your roof tiles have been discontinued. Just because a tile has been discontinued does not mean they are not available. In most cases, we have the tile already or can locate the tile.
Before Hurricane
Over time ridge cap tiles can become loose due to the concrete they are set in dry’s out and shrinks just enough to leave ridge caps just sitting unsecured on roof ridges. you won’t know they are unsecured until the next high wind and they would blow off and damage the rest of the roof, screen enclosures, and surrounding areas.
It is simple to check for your loose roof caps. We offer a free roof inspection with pictures that will cover checking your caps and the entire roof. If we find unsecured ridge cap tiles we will provide a proposal to secure them before the hurricane or thunderstorm high winds blow them off.
