When you decide to hire Conroy Roofing we require a 1/3 deposit upon signing the proposal. Then we order a new roofing materials when we have a delivery date for your new Roof we prepare your roof for a new roof.
We remove all existing roofing materials and dispose of them with the help of a roll off dumpster, then drying your roof. Drying means installing new peel & stick self-adhering modified membrane underlayment. This underlayment is fantastic. It’s not like the old tar paper methods that will fly off with your roofs tiles or shingles. Even if your tiles are blown off or broken you will still have a waterproof roof underneath. It’s called a secondary water barrier. And you get credit on your insurance for having it.
Then your roofing materials are delivered and placed on your roof, we install the new roof system. When all is 100% complete we collect the balance due. It’s simple, it’s easy & we complete the process with no stress to you. You don’t even have to be home or in the state, unless you want to be.
